Your shopping cart
On the product pages next to each product, there is a field in which you can enter the desired quantity you want to order plus a button "add to shopping cart" to add the product to your shopping cart.
Thereafter, you can continue shopping, add more products to the cart or edit the order.
Some products exist in different versions. In that case, please choose the one you wish to buy (i.e. colour or size) and then add the item to your cart.
Comfortable shopping experience
The function "price in other currencies" allows you to convert the price to your local currency. Please keep in mind that the calculated price is only an approximation. The rate used when you place the order is the current exchange rate which may differ slightly from the shown rates. In most cases, however, the difference will be very small.
The function "add to notepad" allows you to remember a product until your next visit of the store (you need to active cookies to benefit from this functionality of the site). The button “show notepad” allows you to vision the products on your notepad.
The link "recommend this product" enables you to sent an e-mail to friends to show them a product they might like. This function automatically opens a new message in your e-mail program containing a link to the product page. The addressee of the message only needs to click on the link to vision it.
edit order
To edit the content of your shopping cart, click on "show shopping cart". You will get an overview with all the items you placed in the shopping cart. If you wish to edit the quantity of an item in the cart, you can change the number in the field "order quantity" and click on the button "actualise quantities". You can completely erase a product from the list by clicking on the "delete" symbol next to the product. If you wish to access the page of a specific product directly from the shopping cart, just click on the name of the latter. Once you are happy with the content of the shopping cart, please click on the button "pay".
Shipping and payment
In the next window, please choose the appropriate shipping option. The corresponding charges will be shown here also. Then click on "next" to access the payment options. Please choose a means of payment and click "next".
Your adress
Now will be displayed the personal contact form containing the data you entered upon registration. If you need to change any data on the form, please click on the button "change personal data" and you can make the necessary modifications on the form that will be displayed. If you wish to send the order to a different shipping address, you can use this form to do so. You can add a message concerning the order, too. If you have finished, please press "next".
summary
At last will open the order summary in which you can see all items and data at a glance. Please check if everything is correct (items, quantities, shipment details, payment instructions etc.). You should read the terms and conditions which you have to agree upon checking the "I accept the terms and conditions box" before the termination of the order. Then click on "place the order" to terminate the transaction. We will send you a confirmation e-mail shortly thereafter.
Written order
If you chose to send us a written order, you need to print and send us the order form. Once you get the message "order placed successfully", click on the link "print order form" to access the document and print it from your browser and fill it out (legibly) and send or fax it to us.
Cookies and popup windows
Some functions of the shop need cookies. If you wish to benefit from those advanced features, please enable cookies in your browser.
The completion of the order may need the display of an encrypted popup window. If you use popup blockers, you may not be able to complete the order. In that case, please allow temporarily popup windows to terminate the order. You can then reactivate the popup blocker. Thank you!
