1. Coverage

All orders are subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of the order.
1.2.
Any changes to these conditions have to be accepted in written form by RODWY. There are no oral agreements.
2. Offer, completion of the order and invoice
2.1 Agreement
The buyer can order every day at any time. The agreement comes into effect by the moment the buyer sends us the duly filled out order form, and the buyer receives a confirmation e-mail.
2.2. Errors and typing errors
Any obvious errors, typing errors, miscalculations etc. are not binding for http://shop.rodwy.com. In case there are any such errors on our website, we reserve the right to charge the client the correct amount. In that case, the client can cancel the purchase if he doesn't agree upon the correct price.
3. Reservation of proprietary rights
The products remain the property of http://shop.rodwy.com until we have received the payment of the total amount due.
4. Cancellation
The client can cancel the order per e-mail up to 24 hours after transmission of the latter. The cancellation is effective after we sent a confirmation by e-mail. Any made to order items cannot be returned.
5. Shipment and Distribution
http://shop.rodwy.com can freely chose whatever shipment service provider, shipment route and dispatch of the goods seems appropriate. We reserve the right of partial delivery depending on the availability of the products.
6. Delivery
We send the goods either from Switzerland, the EU or any other appropriate location. The shipment risk is borne by the client. We do not guarantee the stated delivery time unless we separately agreed in written form.
